Yağız Oral, is the CEO of TEB AM. Before joining TEB AM in June 2019, he was the CIO of BNP Paribas Cardif Turkey for 4 years, Asset Manager for HSBC Global Asset Management for 4 years and Trader at Denizbank (Dexia) for 5 years. Mr. Oral received his B.S. in Engineering from Yıldız Technical University in 2004 and his M.A. in Economics & Finance from Bogazici University in 2006.

Cenk Dürüst is the COO of the company. Prior to joining TEB A.M. in 2007, Mr. Dürüst held several senior level positions for 7 years internationally and locally on the sell side, before moving in to the buy side in 2002. He received his MBA degree in Finance (1992), and had double major in Business Administration as well as Hotel & Restaurant Management (1991) from University of New Haven in the USA.

Orçun Singin is the Executive Vice President at TEB Asset Management responsible for Investment Advisory and Client Solutions Department. He began his professional career at YapiKredi Asset Management and then worked at Is Asset Management, TEB Asset Management and finally at Türk Ekonomi Bankası, under ALM-T division. After graduating from İstanbul Erkek High School, he got into Sabanci University and graduated from the Department of Industrial Engineering. He then went on to receive an MBA degree from Warwick Business School.

Çağrı Özel is the CO-CIO at the TEB AM and a member of the Asset Allocation Committee. He and his team are responsible for managing bond, money market, corporate bond, eurobond and other fixed income positions for pension and mutual funds. Previously he had been working at HSBC Asset Management in Istanbul since 2000 where he held the head of fixed income and credit desk position from 2009 onwards. He graduated from Istanbul Technical University’s Management Engineering Department and earned his MBA from Bogaziçi University.

Alen Bebiroglu is Co-Chief Investment Officer of TEB Asset Management. In his current role, he leads the efforts to manage investment teams of multi-asset and equity. He began his career in 2002 in Toronto office of UBS Investment Bank and continued as consultant and sell-side analyst in different firms with a number of published reports and articles on various industries and Turkish corporates. He joined TEB group in 2010 as a sell-side analyst, before moving to portfolio management in 2012. He earned an MBA degree from Sobey School of Business at St. Mary’s University and received a Bachelor of Engineering degree from University of Istanbul. He is CFA charter holder. He also holds Derivatives Market Specialist designation from Canadian Securities Institute and advanced, derivative and credit rating licenses from Capital Markets Board of Turkey.

Özlem Karagöz is the Fixed Income Head at TEB AM. She and her team are responsible for managing bonds, money market, corporate bonds, eurobonds and other fixed income positions for pension & mutual funds. She has joined TEB AM in 2012, previously worked for Ak Asset Management and Garanti Asset Management as fund manager. She has a BS in Chemical Engineering and a MS in Financial Engineering both from Bogazici University.

M. Kemal Özmen, CFA, is Director of the Equity Desk and responsible for the management of local mutual & pension funds and multinational funds. He joined the company in March 2021. Previously, he was the Head of Strategic Planning & Efficiency Management departments at Yapi Kredi Bank for 3 years. He also worked in Is Asset Management for almost 7,5 years as Portfolio Manager and held responsibilities including Assistant Manager in Equity Desk and leading the Mutual Funds department. He also worked as a buy-side and sell-side equity analyst in his early career. He earned B.A. (2004) and MSc (2008) degrees in International Finance from Istanbul Bilgi University and began his career in 2004. He is a CFA charter holder and holds advanced and derivative licenses from Capital Markets Board of Turkey.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Hüseyin Akar joined TEB AM in October 2020 as Research Desk Manager. Mr.Akar started his career as FX/Derivatives Trader at ICBC Turkey Bank’s Treasury Department. Thereafter, he worked as Economist at ICBC Turkey Bank, Halk Invest and Garanti Securities, respectively. Meanwhile, Mr. Akar was a member of the founding team of International Markets department at Garanti Securities. Mr. Akar received his Bachelors degree as he completed double majors in Mathematics and Economics from Bahcesehir University (Turkey). He completed the Economics masters program at Bogazici University (Turkey) as well. He has been working in Turkish financial markets since 2014.
